2. Vertical Lifeline (VLL)

Why Servicing Matters

Routine servicing ensures smooth operation of the fall arrester, proper locking performance, and identification of any damage to ropes, cables, or connector.

What We Do

  • Visual inspection of the complete lifeline system
  • Cleaning and maintenance assessment
  • Torque tightening using calibrated tools Lifeline tension verification
  • Proof load testing (6–9 kN) using calibrated testing equipment from Hydrajaws and STAHL

Anchor Point​

The servicing of anchor points is essential as they form ​ the foundation of every fall protection system.

What We Do

To check the anchor point which may be affected due to activities like; welding, painting, repair, weather etc Ensure that all parts of the system are intact To tighten or replace all temporary attachments like; screws, nuts etc.
